Patrick Grayson
Patrick has over 25 years experience in the business intelligence sector. After early careers in the military and as a private security adviser, he established Kroll's London office, which he ran for eight years. Patrick is credited with having played a pivotal role in establishing business intelligence and corporate investigations as a recognised and respected profession amongst financial institutions, and the business community at large.

Peter Pender-Cudlip
Peter graduated from Oxford University with a degree in law. Following qualification with Norton Rose, he spent four years in investment banking at Schroders (now part of Citigroup) and four years in financial public relations. From there he joined Kroll, where he became deputy head of business intelligence and investigations.
Andrew Wordsworth
Andrew spent his early City career in fund management at the Man Group, and later qualified as a lawyer at the New York bar. He has over ten years experience in the business intelligence and investigations industry, most recently as a senior director at Kroll.
Richard Blaksley
Richard has 15 years of experience in this sector. He joined Kroll in 1992 and went on to become head of Kroll Europe, and later of Kroll Asia, during the company's biggest phase of growth. His early career was in the British Army, before working in the City in the fixed-income security markets and then for Alvis, the defence manufacturer.
Andrew Fulton, chairman of gpw, formerly spent over thirty years in HM Diplomatic Service, his last appointment being in Washington DC. He was founder and is chairman of the Scottish North American Business Council, is a senior advisor to ArmorGroup and Memex Technology, and is chairman of the advisory boards of Proudfoot Consulting and Huntswood.
Paul Zuckerman, former vice chairman of SG Warburg, holds a number of other non-executive appointments, including ICAP Plc and Great Eastern Energy Corporation Ltd. He is also much involved in international charity work, devoting much time in supporting projects in the Indian subcontinent and elsewhere.
Nicholas Chance, former CEO of Third Mile Investment Plc and senior officer of two other UK Plcs, began his career in the British Army before working in the Central and Eastern European Department of the Financial Times. He is Private Secretary to HRH Prince Michael of Kent, and a Justice of the Peace.
