Natalia specialises in in dispute consulting and investigations. Her interests lie predominantly in multi-jurisdictional disputes involving parties from the post-Soviet region. Natalia has a legal background, having worked at a number of large international law firms and consulting companies in both Moscow and London.
Recent work includes:
Extensive review and risk grading of high-net worth clients for an international financial institution;
Obtaining sufficient evidence to establish jurisdiction in the UK for a LCIA and UK High Court case;
Research into the background of a Russian-based mining entrepreneur on behalf of a private equity client;
Working for a State in defending an ICSID claim by providing intelligence to support the legal strategy and evidence to challenge the claims brought against.
Natalia holds a law degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a native Russian speaker and speaks conversational German.
