Post-transaction monitoring of significant changes in political and commercial environments.
We are regularly retained on a ‘watching brief’ to evaluate ongoing investment situations. This includes monitoring geopolitical and political risk exposure to the ‘tripwire’ issues that can adversely affect investments (such as the activities of domestic competitors, or regulatory changes) and analysis of significant political events and their impact (such as elections, or regime change).
In providing political and business monitoring we draw on our expertise across the business lifecycle, continuing to support clients as their investments evolve.
Sanctions monitoring & violation risk
Investigating exposure to corporate sanctions violations ahead, inter alia, of joint ventures and other potential investments.
